To Pixie: Yes, we are ready for a lab pup actually. We have had three and a Newfoundland puppy. I was just asking because we have never had a chocolate.
Any Labrador can be trainned. You NEED to put the time and effort into the pup bring out the best. The more work you put in, such as obedience trainning socialisation, and exercise, the bester the behaved as adults.
Without this, a labrador puppy is very descrubtive.
