I'm talking about works of legitimate artists like Henry Darger, Balthus, and maybe less William-Adolphe Bouguereau, Raphael, Michelangelo, Da Vinci, etc. All of these artists have depicted young children in the nude, but they were not engaged in sexual acts. Could it still be considered kiddie porn?
What about work of phogopraphers like Sally Mann, Jock Sturges, and others? These artists took photographs of nude children, but they were not involved in lewd or otherwise sexual acts, or bestiality.
There are always prudes trying to suppress art. So you can bet SOMEONE, however misguided, will consider any nude, of any subject and with any intention, as pornography.
And on the other end of the spectrum, there are those who consider anything, no matter how grotesque, repugnant or offensive, to be art!
